التوقعات المرئية في استفتاء التعديلات الدستورية

أنا كنت تايهة جدا في موضوع التعديلات الدستورية و معرفتش أقارن ما بين الخطط المختلفة من غير الخصهم كده بأسلوب ملازم الامتحانات.

إليكم برشامة الاستفتاء و دعواتي للجميع بالنجاح.

بس مش كفاية الخريطة دي.. مهم جدا تحاولوا تجاوبوا على الأسئلة الخلافية و تقولوا رأيكم في:

مين هيصيغ الدستور؟
امتى هيصاغ الدستور؟
مدة الفترة الانتقالية؟ مين اللي بيديرها و ايه صلاحياته؟
هل فيه سلطة تشريعية؟ لو مفيش ازاي ده هيأثر على تحقيق باقي مطالب الثورة؟
امتى الجيش هيرجع ثكاناته؟

According to the army, either the votes result is yes or no, there will be a temporary constitutional declaration. it was mentioned yesterday in Masr Elnaharda by the general Magdy shahin. Hope you can rectify your plan. Also, in your Yes scenario, i don't think that we will necessarily go back to the 1971 constitution if we refused the new constitution...we can activate any other old constitutions.

we will go back to 71 as modified by current amendments, but we will be in political crisis.

how that crisis will be resolved is unpredictable, I'd expect amending 71 would be more likely than activating an old constitution then.

Anyway, my take on the issue: Am I the only one who thinks that the committee in charge of these constitutional changes have been cherry picked and represent a particular ideology? The changes seem to have been tailored as well. Looks like the muslim brotherhood, while formerly illegal, had a vast number of follower from diverse populations in Egypt.

I think that most judges in Egypt are associated with the MB one way or another, but I did not expect that the army might be associated with them.
