أكد السيد جمال مبارك الأمين العام المساعد للحزب الوطني وأمين السياسات أن الزيادة الأخيرة في سعر الطاقة وفرت‏5‏ مليارات جنيه‏,‏ قرر الرئيس توجيه مليار جنيه منها علي الفور لدعم رغيف الخبز‏.‏

وقال السيد جمال مبارك ـ خلال زيارته لمحافظة الفيوم أمس ـ إن الحزب الوطني يدرس حاليا‏,‏ بالتعاون مع الحكومة‏,‏ توجيه جزء من هذه المبالغ كحوافز إضافية للاستثمار في الصعيد‏,‏ بالإضافة إلي تطوير الوحدات الصحية والمدارس والمرافق‏.‏
