Manal and Alaa's bit bucket free speech from the bletches

Dear everyone,

First I apologize for writting in English, I am in a foriegn country and I have no access to an arabic Keyboard.

As I was reading the comments, i felt very sad, we are getting dragged into useless criticism. We are insulting one another and just making things worse.

I am a Muslim so I will just keep my comments regarding what I think Muslims should do. I am trying to propse a positive idea through this blog space. I hope that this idea might help to chagne things to better in our beloved Country Egypt, inshaAllah.

I think every good Muslim and any good believer in God in general shouldnt mind a lot about what people say about his actions. For a true believer should only have pleasing God, every true believer from my point of view should always pose the question of how to be better from God point of view. Every true believer should also think how he would justify his actions on the day of judgment, for sure he will be only asked about what he did not about what people says.

According to the above, for me as a Muslim, whether Christians in Egypt says that they are treated well or not isnt what bothers me. Because if they are treated badly and out of any reason they dont declare it, this isnt going to change God judgment about me. If I treated a Christian badly, whether he says it or not, this ill treatment will displease God. So, how all this is related to the situation of Christians in Egypt, let us see.

So, as someone who just is concerned with how to be better from God point of view, I should only be concerned of how to make things better and better for Christians in Egypt. I am sure that this what God wants me to do. I shouldnt get dragged in useless discussions about whether Christians are liers or not, whether they are the one who starts the fight or not, whether they are the victims or criminals. All this shouldnt change anything in my actions and my concern in all cases should be how to make things better for them. A true believers actions shouldnt be determined by others reactions or attitudes.

Still all the above is simply some sort of criticism, where is the positive idea. The positive idea starts from the question, how I can please God by making things for Egyptian Christians better. I would simply ask every Christian who is interested and every Muslim who wants to please God to launch a nice idea through this blog space, if it owners Mrs Manaal and Mr. Alaa are interested. The idea is as follows

The idea is that let us all forget about who is wrong and who is right and let us work to make things better.

1. If every Christian simple starts to post one thing that he personally suffered from because of his religion.
2. Every Muslim reads this thing and try to prevent himself from doing this thing that offended a Christian or prevent a friend from doing it, may be we can make things better.
3. Then Muslims should post good things they managed to do for Christians, things inspired from this blog space or other good things in general.
4. Definitly this might make things better, definitly it is more constructive than the disrespectful criticism I read from both some Muslims and Christians regardless from who started the fight.
5. Please Christian brothers and sisters shouldnt post things that they heard, it is more effective to post thier own experience if they may wish to do so.
6. If Christians focuse on simple things that they suffered from, things that me and other muslims as individuals can change, this would be more constructive as well. Simple things, like bieng refered to as koftes for example, or a disrespectgul joke, or ignoring salutations on Christmas. These things me and other Muslims as individuals can help with easily.
7. Muslims should avoid answering or commenting about the things Christians have suffered from as lies. What is the importance of saying it is lies, if it is God will judge thier dishonesty and he will not judge us for doing aomething wrong they claimed. We should watch pleasing God and not people.
8. Let Muslims listen kindly and try to fix these simple things that annoys there Christian fellow men and women. If as a muslim u think there is a complaint that isnt true simply dont bother about it. Muslims should fairly look for complaints of Christians Egyptians for which they can change.

Finally I want to say that I apologize if I looked like lecturing people, I know all the above might be wrong, or naive, but it is the thing that I think it is better for all of us from my point of view. I complelty admit that my point of view might be wrong or lacks a true feeling of the reality, but still I want to share it with all of u.

Muslims have to know that any minority naturally feels scared, and naturally might be over sensitive. The role of the Majority is to takecare of them and appreciates thier feelings.

Please if anyone is annoyed but what I said answer back gently and dont make this idea start another useless cycle of criticism.

Please let us forget about who is right and who is wrong, let us dont waste our time and emotions in useless deirespect and insults. Please put urself in others positions. Forget about what happened thousands of years before. Please let us as Muslims focus on how to make things better because this what God will judge us for.

I apologize for all Christians who read an insult through this blog, or suffered from a bad thing. I assure you that all my true friends and family members never agrees of any injustice that might have hurt any of you. We have always lived with Christian neighbors and friends in peace and happiness. My sister in her engagment invited 3 friends, one christian and two Muslims. My grandma best neighbors were christians. Me and my dad and mum always congratulate our christians friends and colleages in Christmas and easter. I never let any hatered actions or comment about a Christian Egyptian pass without stating clearly that it is wrong and shameful.

Christian Egyptians dont worry, there are good Muslims that will takecare of you, and appreciate your fears. Dont worry we are all Egyptians and we are all have been very religous through our history. We never suffered from a Civil war or a large waves of religious hatered and fights. We have always been sweet and decent people in general. We will always stay so inshaAllah. Our country is going through rough times and all of us are suffering and together we will go through it smoothly inshaAllah.

I also apologize for every Muslim who might felt offended by my ideas.

Let us hope to start a positve idea through this blog space. Thanks everyone for your time and patience to listen to me.
